The National Gymnastics Arena was designed to host Rhythmic and Artistic Gymnastics at international competition level. It will be a venue for the 2014 European Championships and the 2015 European Games as well as being the permanent home of the Azerbaijan National Gymnastics team. A striking stadium development, on the main road from the airport into the city, it provides seating for 9,000 spectators along with world class training facilities and on-site accommodation for visiting competitors.
